Founded in 1761, North Brunswick is best described as a great place to work, live, and raise families. It is a culturally diverse, central New Jersey township covering 12.44 square miles with a population of approximately 33,000. The balance of commercial and residential development help to ensure it maintains low property taxes while delivering an extremely strong complement of local services, excellent schools, and a variety of recreation programs for all ages.
The housing stock is quite diverse - with condos in the low $80,000 range to estate style homes over a million, and every thing in between! One of the things I like the best is you can be on a street where the homes are older and close together, like in the city, and then travel fifteen minutes on the same street and be in rural America with horses, cows and farms. This is a place were a city kid can join the 4H club.
